Quantum transport in GeSi heterostructures
Transport characterization of heterostructures made from cubic and hexagonal GeSi nanowires. Measurement of the Josephson effect, quantum dots and spin effects (g-factors, spin-orbit coupling, Pauli spin blockade). We will attempt to realize spin manipulation via electric-dipole spin resonance and provide information about spin relaxation and spin decoherence mechanisms.
